[Eyes still closed, he pouts at him.]

[Bruno leans in, delivering a quick kiss to Polnareff's lips before he takes his hands back.]

Because you're cute when you start to pout.

[silvercrusader]

[He grumbles wordlessly, but that kiss is mollifying. Tentatively he opens his eyes, blinking to keep the soap out of them.]

I'm even cuter when I'm satisfied.

[He ducks under the water as he says that, puffing his cheeks out as he holds his breath.]

[Bruno runs his fingers through Polnareff's hair to make sure the shampoo gets properly rinsed out.]

I think I'll be the judge of that. I'm the one who looks at you.

[silvercrusader]

[Mmnnnnn, he argues wordlessly, his eyes still closed as Bruno scrubs his hair. Only once he removes his fingers does he straighten up, stepping out of the spray with a little exhale.]

At least give me a hint!

[risorto]

Hmmm... [Bruno tilts his head.] No.

[Don't you remember the days when he never picked on you, Polnareff? When he was so nice and courteous and polite all the time?]

[silvercrusader]

You're so mean to me.

[He grumbles it and shoves his bangs out of his eyes, pouting at him again.]

Everyone in this house is, except for Jotaro, because he's my best friend and loves me too much. But you! You're the worst.

[That being said, he's tipping his head forward again, waiting eagerly for those clever fingers to work conditioner in his hair.]

[risorto]

[Bruno picks up the conditioner bottle, squeezing some of it into his hand. He rubs his hands together before starting to apply it to Polnareff's hair.]

Because I love you the most.

[silvercrusader]

I love you too.

[He doesn't say it as grudgingly as the joke requires. Polnareff even sighs again, his eyes closing as Bruno massages his hair.]

Nn, I love your fingers, god . . . I'm definitely getting up earlier from now on. This is worth all that pain.

[risorto]

[Bruno laughs quietly.]

I give that a week at best.

[silvercrusader]

Vaffanculo, you asshole, I don't do this to you just because you can't stay up late! Why don't you change your sleeping habits, huh?

[risorto]

[Bruno starts laughing the moment vaffanculo leaves Polnareff's mouth.]

You're cute when you swear in italiano.

[He leans in, stealing a quick kiss from Polnareff while still laughing.]

[On the one hand, he's definitely being patronized. On the other, he's getting kissed, so maybe it evens out? Probably. He chases after that kiss, stealing a second one, just to make sure he's well compensated.]

Some complete bastard taught me them.

[He grins as he says it.]

I taught him useful shit, and all I got in return was curses. That's definitely how it happened-- has it been in long enough yet?

[risorto]

[The second has the side effect of putting a wider, but sweeter smile on Bruno's face.]

It has. But don't act like curses aren't incredibly useful.

[silvercrusader]

[He ducks under the spray again, but makes the mistake of trying to talk as he does. It means water gets in his mouth, but whatever!]

Not as useful as telling your boyfriend you had a good time last night-- oh, yeech-- [At least he spits the soapy water out at the wall.] But yeah, they're useful. I can mouth off to half the household now in their native language. Which reminds me, I gotta teach you how to curse like a proper Frenchman.

[risorto]

[Bruno covers his mouth with the back of his hand when Polnareff has to pause to spit water out.]

Maybe not when you're trying to rinse your hair out?

[silvercrusader]

Ta gueule, there's your first lesson.

[But he means it as fondly as possible. And just to emphasize that . . .]

Close your eyes again.

[risorto]

[Bruno can figure out what that means and has the decency to suppress the smile as he does as he's told.]

[silvercrusader]

[It's the soap he goes for this time-- or, well. The gel and the little sponge that his boyfriend is so fond of. It's far fancier than a simple bar of soap, which is what he uses, but Polnareff supposes he can put up with them both smelling of Bruno for the next few hours.

Scrubbing the gel into a lather, he takes his time running it over Bruno's body. He wants to savor this, and that means taking it slowly. He slides over his shoulders, down his arm, over his chest, unusually quiet as he does. He's taking in the sights, and that requires a particular focus.]

[risorto]

[The quiet stands out at first because it's so rare for Polnareff to be this quiet and still be awake. But it fades into the background quick enough the more and more he focuses on the sensations on his body instead. He makes a small, content noise.]

[silvercrusader]

[Good. Polnareff keeps washing him in long, even strokes, his eyes locked on Bruno's body. He's attractive, of course he is, and part of his attention is focused on that. Soaking wet like this, Bruno looks more appealing than ever, and it's all he can do not to simply pin him to the wall and kiss him. But on another level . . . he just likes the way Bruno looks. He looks so content, and god knows Bruno deserves to always look that way.]

Turn around.

[risorto]

[Bruno murmurs a small word of agreement before he turns around. Truth be told, he doesn't think he'll ever really get used to the pampering. There are times where it starts to get a little uncomfortable, where old habits refuse to completely die. But sometimes, like right now, they're quiet and he can just be relaxed and happy under Polnareff's care.]

[silvercrusader]

[He likes this. He likes it the opposite way, of course, when Bruno showers him in love and affection, treating him in his own way, but there's something fantastic about being able to do it to him. The guy takes care of everyone else as much as he can. It's good to be able to give him some kind of break.

Besides: it isn't as if this is entirely one-sided. Polnareff tips his head, eying Bruno up and down pointedly before getting to work.]

We should do this more.

[He murmurs it.]

Once a week or . . . something. Not that planned. But I do like this.

[risorto]

[Bruno hums his quiet agreement.]

I'd like that.

[It wouldn't be so bad, he thinks, to have a little time like this set aside. Especially if it's with Polnareff.]

[silvercrusader]

Good.

[There. All clean, and Polnareff takes a moment to admire Bruno once more. His boyfriend is always attractive, but soaking wet and soaped up is a particularly fantastic look. He whistles quietly.]

Gotta bring the watch in here next time.
